Return and Refund

Here's the deal with Returns or Exchanges

Guidelines/Process for Returns:

T-Shirts, like sandwiches, are custom-made; therefore, no returns or exchanges are permitted. However, if WE make a mistake on your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your shirt, and we will gladly, humbly, and quickly make you a new one.

Items Eligible for Returns:

We accept returns only on items that WE made a mistake. You may be eligible for a return if the error is on our end.


Exchanges can be handled in our store. If your order has a mistake that we made, we will remake your item.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

You have 7 days from receiving your shirt to inform us about any mistakes and request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost and Restocking Fee:

If we are responsible for the mistake, we will issue a return label, and you won't be charged for return shipping.

Product Conditions for Returns:

As our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted. However, if the mistake is on our part, we will gladly remake the product for you.

Conditions Where Returns Won't Be Applicable:

Returns are not applicable for any reason except when we are responsible for the mistake on your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

All items are non-returnable except in cases where WE have made a mistake.


Refunds can only be issued if your order has yet to go into production, typically occurring on the same day. If we have not started “baking” your item, we can refund you.

Timeframe for Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive it immediately.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued back to the source of payment used during the purchase.
